I have to say, the value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was also a highlight, with breathtaking views and peaceful walks to enjoy. The staff treated me like royalty, making sure every detail was taken care of. Definitely a place I will return to.
The breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at this hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The stunning views from the swimming pool and terraces were truly breathtaking. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the option for a private pool and sauna was a luxurious treat. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed with cozy spaces like the cinema room and library. It was the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect from our daily routines. Despite the narrow streets, the location offered amazing views and opportunities for walks. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and unforgettable experience.

The room at Casas da Lapa was amazing! It had a hot tub and free internet access, which was perfect for relaxing and staying connected. The contemporary furniture gave it a modern and stylish feel. I loved sitting on the balcony, sipping my coffee and enjoying the fresh air. The garden view was simply beautiful. it was a cozy and comfortable space that made me feel right at home.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the soundproofing in the suite. It made the room feel a bit closed off and isolated.

We had a truly superb stay at this stunning hotel in the heart of Serra de Estrela. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the property is just a hop and a skip away from Seia’s main attractions. Rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
We could only find one downside during our stay - the air-conditioning unit could have been more responsive. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience, which was exceptional.

Stayed here for a weekend and the facilities were exquisite! Loved the indoor and outdoor pools, and the sauna was an added bonus. the location was great for hiking and exploring the nearby mountains. Had a delicious meal at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is not very family-friendly as there were not many activities for our children. the room could have used more hooks to hang towels and bathrobes, as we ended up having to hang them on the stair rail.

A wonderful welcome from friendly staff, delicious freshly prepared meals using local ingredients, and stunning views from the rooms and pool area were the best aspects of our stay. We also appreciated the immaculate grounds of the hotel and the opportunity to explore the nearby village.
Some of the younger staff had a communication barrier and the order process for room service was not efficient, resulting in a long wait. However, these were the only minor issues during our otherwise fantastic stay at this mountain retreat.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay luxurious. The staff was friendly, professional, and approachable, ensuring guests had an exceptional experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. I loved having the pool and sauna to myself, as they were reserved for private use only. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the scenic Serra da Estrela or for relaxing on one of the hotel's terraces or pools. The exceptional food and variety of menu options were worth savoring.
Although my stay was fantastic, the room's size was small, and I would have preferred to have a shower instead of a bath in the bathroom. Regardless, the décor and facilities are impeccable and perfect for those who want to enjoy their stay luxuriously.
